When playing the game, players may match up the six sets of the number so both are entitled to the top prize. In such cases, the prize is not dived between the players. Each player is awarded € 1million unless the total jackpot is a large sum like € 6 million. Some time the game may lack a jackpot winner; the jackpot is termed to be unclaimed.
Claiming the prize in the Monday Irish lotto is done by submitting the lucky ticket to the prize claim Centre. The Irish lotto tickets are usually given a grace period of 90 days after the draws having been done.
